Planned Maintenance

The Planned Maintenance lookup screen shows a list of all Planned Maintenance created for Tooling Items in the system.

To view the Planned Maintenance lookup screen, navigate to the tab and click on the icon. The Planned Maintenance lookup window will be displayed.

All Planned Maintenance created for Tooling Items in the system will be displayed.

Users can use the available search option drop-downs By Column, Using, and/or entering a Value. Users also have the ability to select or de-select the checkbox to view Planned Maintenance that has either been scheduled or unscheduled in the system.

Opening Planned Maintenance for a Tooling Item

To open Planned Maintenance for a Tooling Item, navigate to the tab and click on the icon. The Planned Maintenance lookup window will be displayed.

All Planned Maintenance created for Tooling Items in the system will be displayed.

Locate and double-click on the Planned Maintenance that you wish to view.

The Tooling Item detail screen will be displayed. To view the Planned Maintenance, make sure to select the tab located on the Tooling Item screen.

Here, users will be able to view all of the Planned Maintenance for the Tooling Item.

Printing a Work Order from Planned Maintenance

Users have the ability to print a Work Order for Planned Maintenance in the system.

To do so, navigate to the tab and click on the icon. The Planned Maintenance lookup window will be displayed.

Locate the Planned Maintenance you wish to print a Work Order for and right-click on the appropriate row. Select the Print W/O option.

The Print window will appear where users can select the appropriate Print and Printer settings. Then, click on the button.

The selected Work Order will be printed.
