Inventory Transfer Receiving

Inventory Transfer Receiving allows users to automate the receiving of an Inventory Transfer Packing Slip.

To do so, navigate to the tab and click on the icon. The Inventory Transfer Receiving screen will be displayed.

You must select a Packing Slip that you wish to receive using the drop-down menu. The system will populate the Items and Serial Numbers that were shipped.

Click on the button to receive the Items in order to update your Inventory.

Note

If the Quantity column is listed as 0, users will not be able to receive the Packing Slip. Select a Packing Slip that displays a Quantity larger than 0, and click on the button.

Make sure to save your changes before exiting the screen.
